Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Job Title: Production Quality Engineer - 3rd Shift Location: Moline, IL Shift: 3rd Shift Onsite (10:30 pm start, variable start time for OT) Responsibilities: As a Production Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: Provide line support for assembly line production Issue documentation and work orders Conduct operator training Lead efficiency projects to improve production processes Execute safety projects, ensuring adherence to Harvester Safety Guidelines Work a minimum of 40 hours per week Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with salaried and wage personnel in a team environment Self-starter with the ability to execute a variety of tasks Understanding of manufacturing processes and experience working in a production environment Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with the following skills and experiences will be highly regarded: Experience with 3D modeling software such as Creo, Autodesk Additional [industry-specific] certifications or training Requirements: Candidates must be open to variable shifts, including the 3rd shift with a 10:30 pm start time Manager is open to recent grads Salary info: $40 - $42 / hr
