Sheet Metal Superintendent

### Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Superintendent to join our team.
As a Sheet Metal Superintendent, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of multiple crews, fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing architectural sheet metal products.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.
### Responsibilities: - Coordinate the schedules of multiple small crews/projects - Fabricate sheet metal products according to blueprints and specifications - Install sheet metal products and equipment in commercial and residential buildings - Repair and maintain existing sheet metal systems - Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget - Perform quality control inspections to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship - Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to problems that arise during the fabrication or installation process ### Skills: - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings - Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and processes - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Ability to supervise and lead a team of sheet metal workers - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors If you are a skilled Sheet Metal Worker looking for an opportunity to showcase your expertise in a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply.
