The Role:
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, providing hands-on support and expertise to our diverse client base.
From diagnosing and resolving technical issues to installation and calibration, conducting preventive maintenance, and building lasting customer relationships, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our continued success.
What A Day In The Life Looks Like:
Utilize your technical proficiency to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems effectively
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism
Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving abilities in handling diverse and unpredictable field situations
Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and provide comprehensive reports to clients and internal stakeholders
What You Bring To The Table:
Analytical thinking and adaptability to new technologies
Commitment to safety and adherence to regulations
Technical competence and a willingness to learn
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Possess a valid Class B CDL or a willingness to obtain one
Typical Hours: 7:00a-4:00p Monday to Friday.
Some overtime hours and flexibility are required.
