Your Responsibilities As a Product Marketing Manager, Precision Upgrades for John Deere Performance Upgrades located in Moline, IL, you will.

Play a key role to deliver value to more farmers through upgrading their existing equipment with the latest technology from John Deere Lead creation of marketing launch plans and positioning of production agriculture retrofit product segments across North America Be one of two Product Marketing Managers responsible for new product content and tools that increase customer segment awareness Create detailed marketing launch project plans for John Deere Precision Upgrades, spanning hardware and software offerings for Precision Ag, Planting, Seeding, Application, Harvest, and Land Prep Play a central role in the value proposition development, target audience identification and positioning to target segments Construct compelling marketing content and tools, such as product compatibility assets, ROI calculators, product messaging, website materials, and channel sales tools Collaborate with product management and production system teams to drive audience research Drive marketing strategies and processes that increase awareness of John Deere Precision Upgrades to channel partners and farmers Partner with tactical marketing, marcom, and PR teams to produce and execute product communications, from marketing to sales materials Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
What Skills You Need 5 or more years of experience in marketing, product management, business strategy or similar field 3 or more years of experience in product marketing; developing marketing content, partnering closely with product teams, or similar experience Experience creating marketing processes, positioning statements, and value propositions Experience working in a fast-paced, fluid, and entrepreneurial environment Experience building, launching, and scaling products to bring to market Deep knowledge and understanding of production agriculture, farmers, precision Ag technologies, or similar experience Ability to travel up to 50% based on business needs What Makes You Stand Out MS/MBA degree Field experience working directly with customers, channel partners, and clients to meet goals, or similar experience Experience building partnerships with Product Management or cross-functional teams Analytical thinking and process oriented to maintain repeatable marketing methods Creative and ability to simplify messaging of complex products Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience What You'll Get At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
