Both male and female renters have lived here in the past.
You will be provided references from both the male or female renters, and from Geneseo School administrators here in Geneseo.
Please provide references from former/current employers/friends.
You will be thoroughly background checked before you move in.
If you smoke it will be outside only.
Please bring no pets of your own, there is a low key, litter box trained cat here at home.
$300 as a refundable deposit is due before you move in.
