The Home Child Care Network, part of SAL Community Services, is the Quad Cities area’s leading provider of early childhood care and education.

As a Home Child Care Network (HCCN) Eligibility Coordinator, you will manage a child care caseload of Moline, Milan, Rock Island Campuses, and/or the Home Child Care Network children.
This means you will do things like: Collaborate and coordinate services for families.
Monitor child care cases, collect paperwork and case documentation and assign co-payments.
Counsel families seeking child care.
Produce necessary reports.
Adhere to procedures and controls to ensure program integrity Learn and master IDHS statewide Child Care Management System.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

This position must obtain required background clearances.

Education and Experience Required: High School Diploma plus at least one year of experience working in licensed child care center or homes or other state or federal regulated eligibility program.
Demonstrated competence in administrative and human relations skills.
Preferred: Associates Degree in accounting or business and/or significant experience in Center-based and Family Child Care homes.
At least three or more years of experience working in a licensed child care center or home or other state or federal regulated eligibility program.
