All have individual pricing, so that theres no confusion.
I will prep and repair nail, stapples, holes, in walls per room, $400 a room.
If your one coat paint doesnt do the job, ill hit it with a second, you buy the brushes, tape, drop cloth/ plastic 9x12 from dollar tree.
I do the labor.

Will require pay in increments, initial fee to start, partial payment half way, remainder prior to completion.
