Your full-time work schedule as a Client Services Representative can span the following days and times, with some variances based on business needs:
Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM
Saturdays between 8 AM and 6:30 PM
Sundays between 3 PM and 7 PM
Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass client interactions via phone, in-person, and electronic channels, precise data entry with quality control, and proactive client account maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree
2 years of front-office customer service experience
2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and spend most of your shift seated
