We are the 2nd owners and have owned the trailer for 4 years.
Recent repairs/improvements include a new Dometic toilet, furnace, new 25' hardwired outside power cord, stereo, replaced inside circuit breakers, and custom queen mattress from McWhorter Bedding, Fairbury, IL.
The stabilizer jack motors have been replaced and the slideout gaskets/seals were just replaced.
The propane pigtail hoses have been replaced and a LP pressure test was performed.
The Goodyear Endurance tires are 4 years old with approx 10,000 miles.
The undersides are completely enclosed and insulated.
Scheduled maintenance on the roof, brakes, wheel bearings and slide-out seals performed yearly.
A Curt 15k lb stabilizer hitch is included.
Have all receipts since we owned it.
